Missed Appointments & Late Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Therefore we require minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment as a courtesy to your RMT and fellow patients. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a cancellation fee of $50.00. Unforeseen circumstances may be waived on a case by case basis.

Cancellation outside of business hours can be done through email or by leaving a voicemail.

Payment is due at the time of treatment and a receipt will be issued following the collection of payment. The receipt will contain all relevant information necessary to submit to your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider if you have any questions about your plan. Preferred method of payment is debit, credit card, or e-transfer.

We currently do not offer direct billing.

Payments and Receipts
